Delete your PackAjo account

Confirm it’s you with a code sent to the phone number or email on your account. Our team deletes it within 7 days and tells you if anything has to be settled first.

Where should we send your code?

What we delete

  • Your phone number, email, name, date of birth and BVN
  • Your bank statements, profile photo, username and bio
  • Your friendships, invites and devices; you are signed out everywhere

What we have to keep

Nigerian law requires us to keep records of money that moved: contributions, payouts, fees and the bank accounts they used. We keep them, without your name or contact details, for as long as the law requires (usually at least five years). Messages you sent in a circle’s chat stay with that circle, shown as from a deleted member. See our privacy policy.

Before you delete

  • Finish or leave every circle you are in. We can’t delete an account while a circle it belongs to is still running, because the other members are counting on it.
  • Withdraw any circle-lead earnings and settle anything owed either way.
  • Deleting can’t be undone. You can sign up again later as a new member.
